The Legend of Rawhide is an annual celebration of the history, legend, and Western heritage of Niobrara County.
The original script for the Legend of Rawhide show was written by EvaLou “Bonnie” Paris in 1946 based on old stories passed down through the years. This script is still used today to wow audiences and show them a slice of our western heritage.
The Legend of Rawhide celebration is a community performance in the truest sense of the word. The Legend of Rawhide with cast and crew have over 400 contributing volunteers making this production possible annually.
*This road trip is sold out. Make plans now to join us next year!
