What’s better on a Friday than dinner and a movie?!
Join us at 2:00 pm on Friday, January 22, at Cinema West for a matinee movie, followed at 5:30 pm for dinner at the Outreach Center’s monthly Pot Luck.
The movie is Calendar Girls. “A lovely, funny, heartwarming, beautifully told story”
Calendar Girls is a Golden Globe-nominated 2003 comedy based on the true story of a group of middle aged housewives in Yorkshire, England.
“When twelve ordinary members of the Women’s Institute, a prim and proper local ladies club, decide they need a more compelling way to raise money for a new charity, they turn to their traditional calendar and give it a very untraditional twist.”
It stars an ensemble cast headed by Helen Mirren and Julie Walters.
